Manhattan offers alluvial gold process plants incorporating scrubbers and centrifugal concentrators. Capacities from 10 tph to over 500 tph are offered. Typical circuits include a front end wash plant with either a high capacity feed bin and conveyor or a vibrating grizzly feeder with monitor guns feeding the scrubber.
The scrubber discharges onto a vibrating screen and the scalped underflow feeds to the centrifugal concentrator. Either manual or automatic feed to the gold room, allows the cleanup and recovery of gold concentrate. Calcining and smelting can be done at the plant or sent to the refinery as per client preference.
A inline leach reactor can also be incorporated to the leach the gold out of the concentrate as an alternative to the table and smelting option. This is typically a function of the mineralogy and client preference.
Manhattan offers Falcon, Itomak or Knelson concentrators , as well as unbranded versions should the clients budget require a lower priced option.
